1. The Hasenso Service

Hasenso provides a personalized experience that allows users to feel synchronized haptic feedback while watching video content.

The Service may include:

• Haptic experiences synchronized with video.
• Integration with third-party content providers, including YouTube.
• Discovery, recommendation, and playback interfaces.
• Experimental features such as Cinema mode.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific content or experience will always be available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Access

You may use Hasenso as a guest or through an account, including Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Some features may require a paid subscription.

• Billing is handled through Apple via the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically.
• You may cancel at any time through your Apple account.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable and access continues until the end of the billing period. We may change pricing or plans with notice.

5. Third-Party Content

Hasenso may display or interact with content from third-party services. We do not own or control this content, and its availability may change at any time. Your use of such content is subject to the applicable third-party terms.

6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or extract haptic sequences or systems.
• Circumvent security or technical protections.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated access methods.
• Use the Service to train, benchmark, or develop AI or ML systems.
• Interfere with Service performance, integrity, analytics, engagement systems, or metrics.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including haptic sequences, processing systems, software, and design, belong to Hasenso or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Haptic Experiences and Safety Disclaimer

Hasenso delivers physical haptic feedback, which may vary in intensity and timing.

You acknowledge that:

• Vibrations may be strong, sudden, or repetitive.
• Experiences may not be suitable for all users.
• Synchronization may vary depending on device and conditions.

You should not use Hasenso if you are sensitive to vibration, have neurological, muscular, or sensory conditions, or experience discomfort during use.

You agree to stop using the Service immediately if discomfort occurs and to use the Service responsibly. Hasenso is not liable for any physical discomfort or effects.

9. Service Availability and Performance

Service quality may vary due to device hardware, network conditions, and third-party dependencies. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or perfect synchronization.

10. Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content accessible via Hasenso infringes your copyright, please submit your contact details, a description of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

We may remove or disable access to such content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasenso shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, or issues related to third-party services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hasenso, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by network or infrastructure failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
